Automate the process of sending emails when a candidate is moved to a specific phase, eliminating the need for manual email sending and saving valuable time. Enjoy the flexibility to configure phases, customize email content and attachments, choose the sender, and even set a delay for sending messages.
To configure automatic email
- On your sidebar, go to Recruitment → Jobs
- Open the Job opening of your choice
- Click the red Edit button, located on the far right of the page
- Select down to Smart actions

- Under Email candidate when moving between phases, click on Create new
- Select the phase

Send an email from:
- User who perform the action
- Send from no-reply email
- Write the message or select a message template
- Delay email: by default, a 5-minute delay is included to provide you with ample time to recall the email if necessary.

You can create as many templates as needed. For example, the message you send after the first interview may not be the same as the one you send during the offer process.
How the functionality works
Once you have configured the automatic emails, when you move a candidate to the respective phase, the email will be sent automatically.
