How to change your Factorial payment method

Learn how to easily update your payment method for Factorial to ensure seamless transactions and uninterrupted service.

If you need to update or change your payment method in Factorial, please note that this process cannot be done directly from the platform. Our team will help you update your billing information securely.

 

 

How to request a payment method change

  1. In your sidebar, go to Billing
  2. Access the Payment methods section
  3. Choose your method
    • Card
    • Bank account
  4. Select if it is a primary or a backup payment method
  5. Click on Add Card/Add Bank account

Once received, our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps to complete the update securely.

Currently, only card and SEPA payments are supported.

 

 

Important notes

  • For security reasons, payment information can only be updated by a company administrator or a person with billing permissions
  • Changes will apply to future invoices only - previously issued invoices cannot be modified
