Edit and delete shifts
It is possible to edit a shift whenever it is required or needed. In Factorial you can do it in two different ways: in bulk or one by one.

Edit one shift
- Go to the shift you want to edit
- A three dots icon will appear: click on it
- Choose Edit
- Make the changes
- Click on Edit
- Click on Publish schedule

In the 4-week and Monthly view, simply select the shift you want to change and click on Edit shifts.

Edit in bulk
- Select the shifts you want to edit
- Click on Edit shifts
- Make the changes
- Click on Edit
- Click on Publish schedule

Delete one shift
- Go to the shift you want to delete
- A three dots icon will appear: click on it
- Choose Delete

In the 4-week and Monthly view, simply select the shift you want to delete and click on the trash icon.

Delete in bulk
There are two ways to delete shifts in bulk:

Delete specific shifts:
- Select the shifts you want to delete
- Click on Delete

Delete shifts for a specific group of employees, in a certain period of time:
- Click on Delete
- Add the Time slot
- Select the employees
- Click on Delete
