Once you create a job opening you will be introduced to the job application page. Here there is the database that stores all of the applications for this particular job.
To enter simply:
- Go to Recruitment from the sidebar
- You should be directed to the Jobs section
- Select the desired job opening by clicking on the arrow to the right

- There are two tabs in the applications database, the first shows the active applications and the second shows the applications that have been rejected.
- Underneath are the different phases of the hiring pipeline. Learn more about the hiring pipeline here.
- There is the option to filter through tags. Learn more about tags here.

To open an applicant/ candidates’ profile, click on the arrow on the far right of their data, it will open and show the following information:
- Overview
- CV
- Evaluations
- Messages
- Files

How to manage the applicant
Within the applicant’s profile you can organise them into the different phases of the hiring pipeline.
- Open the applicant’s profile
- On the top right is the button Move to phase
- Click the button and choose the desired phase

The (…) button opens the options to:
- Send offer letter
- Add job opening
- Unmute notifications
- Visit candidate profile
- Add/ remove from talent pool
- Delete application
And finally, if the application isn’t successful, the Reject button. Learn more about rejecting candidates here.
