How to manage job applications

Keep track of the hiring process by organising the job applicants data.

Once you create a job opening you will be introduced to the job application page. Here there is the database that stores all of the applications for this particular job.


 

To enter simply:

  1. Go to Recruitment from the sidebar
  2. You should be directed to the Jobs section
  3. Select the desired job opening by clicking on the arrow to the right

 

 

 

To open an applicant/ candidates’ profile, click on the arrow on the far right of their data, it will open and show the following information:

 

 

 


 

How to manage the applicant

Within the applicant’s profile you can organise them into the different phases of the hiring pipeline.

  1. Open the applicant’s profile
  2. On the top right is the button Move to phase
  3. Click the button and choose the desired phase

 

The (…) button opens the options to:

  • Send offer letter
  • Add job opening
  • Unmute notifications
  • Visit candidate profile
  • Add/ remove from talent pool
  • Delete application

And finally, if the application isn’t successful, the Reject button. Learn more about rejecting candidates here.
