How to create an external recruiter?
There are two ways to do it.
From the permissions tab:
- On your sidebar, click on Settings
- Scroll down to Permissions
- Click on the any permission group
- Go to the External users tab
- Click on (+) - located in the upper right corner
- Choose Create external user
- Finally, add the email, name, and surname of the external recruiter

From the external users section:
- On your sidebar, go to settings
- Search External users section
- Click on + New external user button
- Finally, add the email, name, and surname of the external recruiter

How to add an external recruiter as a Hiring manager?
Steps to follow:
- Once the external recruiter is created, head to the job opening of your choice located in the Jobs section
- Click the edit button, located on the top right of the page
- Go to Hiring team → click on add
- Filter by type of user and choose an external user
- Select one of your choices and click on Add Hiring manager
