Evaluations allow hiring manager to leave notes and rate their candidates. There are two simple ways to leave an evaluation.
1. Submit evaluations for Candidates
- On your sidebar, go to Recruitment → Candidates
- Select the candidate to evaluate by clicking on the arrow on the right side, this reveals the candidate’s profile
- Click on the Evaluations tab
- Click +New Note
- Submit

From here the hiring team can add evaluations and rate the candidate between 1 to 5, the average rating will be displayed the candidate database.

Notify coworkers in evaluations
To improve communication among the hiring team, fellow employees can be notified through mentions, by simply typing the @ symbol, followed by the coworkers name.

2. Submit evaluations for applicants via Jobs
- On your sidebar, go to Recruitment → Jobs
- Select a job opening in order to view the applicants
- Select the applicant to evaluate by clicking on the arrow on the right side, this reveals the applicant’s profile
- Click on the Evaluations tab
- Click +New Note
- Submit

You can also check all notes left by other hiring managers. The candidate won’t be able to see these notes.
Any file attached in the Evaluation section will be stored in the candidate ‘Files’.
