How to disable multi-factor authentication for an employee in your company

Admins can disable multi-factor authentication for employees in their company through the employee profile.

  1. Click Organisation on the sidebar and search for your employee
  2. Go to their profile and select “Disable MFA” under the 3-dots button at the top right

3. Confirm that you want to disable MFA

Your employee will now be able to sign in without entering a verification code. Keep in mind that if your company mandates setting up MFA, they’ll need to configure an authenticator app the next time they sign in.

For security reasons, users which have access to multiple companies should contact support to request disabling multi-factor authentication.
