About the Goals functionality

Gain in-depth knowledge of the use of the goals functionality for successful and brilliant employees.

How to set up the goal functionality?

  1. On your sidebar, click on Marketplace → Apps
  2. Scroll until you to Goals
  3. Press on Install App
     

Once installed:

  1. On your sidebar, click on Performance
  2. Press on Goals
     

 

How to add a goal?

  1. On your sidebar, head to the Performance section
  2. Press on Goals
  3. Click on +Add goal
  4. Fill out the information:
    • Goal Name
    • Goal Description
    • Start Date
    • Due Date
    • How will you measure the progress?
  5. Press Create a goal
     

 

How to configure goals?

Once the goal is activated, the type of progress cannot be edited.

 

 

In order to Add employees:

  1. Press on +Add employees
  2. Select your employees
  3. Press on Assign Employees

 

In order to delete a goal:

  1. Press on the (…) button
  2. Click on Delete goal

 

In order to edit a goal:

  1. Press on the (…) button
  2. Click on Edit goal
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click on Update goal

 

In order to close a goal:

  1. Press on the Close Goal button

You can restart the goal by pressing on the same button.

 

 

In order to unassign an employee:

  1. Press the (...) of the employee
  2. Click on Unassign employee

 

How to make changes to the goal values and progress?

  1. On your sidebar, head to the Performance section
  2. Press on Goals
  3. Select your goal
  4. Apply to changes

 Admins can edit the goals, values, and progress of only Active goals

 

 

My Goals:

As an employee, I will have a My Goals Section. From My Goals, I will see all the goals I am assigned and I will be able to update their progress.

Employees can edit current value and progress from My Goals.
