How to add links to external forms in Factorial

In Factorial, you can save and share links to external forms (such as Typeform, Google Forms, or other tools) so employees or candidates can easily access them.


 

How to do it in Factorial

There are several ways to do this, depending on where you want the link to appear:

On the Dashboard

You can add custom widgets or announcements that include direct links to your external forms.

This option is useful when you want the link to be visible to multiple employees at the same time.


 

In the Employee Profile

You can create a Custom Field of type “URL” to associate a specific link with each employee.

This option is ideal when:

  • Each employee has a different form
  • You need to store an individual link in their profile

In the Recruitment module

If the form is intended for candidates, you can include the link in:

  • The job description.
  • The automated emails sent during the recruitment process.

This allows candidates to access the form directly as part of the hiring workflow.


 

In the Documents section

You can also upload a PDF document containing the necessary hyperlinks to your external IT or HR tools.

This option is recommended if:

  • You want to centralize multiple links in a single document.
  • You need to share informational resources with employees.

This way, you can choose the most suitable location depending on who needs access to the link and in what context.
