Deals represent potential sales opportunities with your clients. Each deal moves through different stages of your sales pipeline — from the first contact to closing the deal.
With Deals in CRM, you can:
- Track the status of every opportunity.
- Estimate deal values and expected closing dates.
- Assign owners and monitor sales progress.
- Link quotes and invoices directly to each deal.
How to create a new deal
- On your sidebar → Sales → Deals.
- Click on + New deal (top right corner).
- Fill in the deal details:
- Client: select from your contact list.
- Deal name: a short description (e.g., “Website redesign”).
- Estimated amount and Currency.
- Deal stage: choose between New, Qualification, Proposal sent, Negotiation, or Closed won/lost.
- Deal owner: who’s responsible for managing it.
- Expected close date: when you anticipate the deal will be completed.
- Click Create.

Tip: You can edit a deal at any time by opening it and selecting Edit deal in the top right corner.
Understanding your pipeline
Your deals are organized by stages in a visual board — allowing you to see where each opportunity stands.
- New: recently created deals.
- Qualification: assessing fit or gathering information.
- Proposal sent: quote or offer shared with the client.
- Negotiation: final discussions before closing.
- Closed won: successfully converted to a sale.
- Closed lost: opportunity not converted.

Each card shows:
- Deal name and amount
- Client and owner
- Number of quotes or invoices
- Expected close date
You can drag and drop deals between stages as they progress.
