A 1:1 is a dedicated conversation between a manager and an employee to align, reflect, and plan ahead. It’s not a status report. It’s a space to talk openly about priorities, progress, and what support is needed.
Our 1:1s are AI-native. The system helps managers prepare, capture key moments, and follow up without losing context. AI keeps track of what’s discussed, highlights what matters, and suggests focus areas for the next meeting

How it works
- On your sidebar, click on Engagement
- Click on the 1:1 meetings tab
- Go to the top right corner of your dashboard and click New 1:1
- Select the employee you want to meet with
- Choose the time and duration of the meeting.
- If you want it to repeat automatically, mark it as recurring so it appears on your calendar.
Once created, the meeting will appear in your 1:1 list and sync with your calendar. From there, you can prepare notes, review previous topics, and let the AI help you get ready.
