How to activate AI in ATS
- On your sidebar, go to Settings
- Scroll down to People and click on Recruitment
- Open the Factorial AI tab
- Enable AI matching
AI matching highlights the most suitable candidates by analyzing job requirements and company values, comparing them with the candidate’s application.
- In cases where the AI recommends interviewing a candidate, some applications will be considered top matches. In these instances, a percentage of fit to the job offer will be shown in the list of applications.
- In the application details page, this percentage will be supplemented with a small summary of the application received.
- The candidate profile page will also display a few highlights based on the evaluation.
