What is an invoice
Multi-account: You will receive a separate invoice for each account.
Single account with multiple legal entities: All entities are consolidated into one invoice.

An invoice is an official document summarising your subscription charges, including billing period, users, discounts, and payments.

Payment information
- Description: The items of the contracted functionalities/plans
- Units: number of users
- Unit price: price per users
- Discount: amount of money discounted in that item
- Amount: total price for all users
- Sub total: Total amount payable
- Payments: amount already paid
- Amount Due: amount of money still due
Where to find an invoice
Only users with admin permissions can view billing information.
We have two ways of looking at invoices:
Option 1: Via Customer Portal
- In the sidebar, go to Settings
- In General, click on Subscriptions → Manage your subscription
- The Customer Portal will be open in a new tab
- Click on Billing history

- In General, click on Subscriptions
- Scroll down to find the invoices
