If you need to update or change your payment method in Factorial, please note that this process cannot be done directly from the platform. Our team will help you update your billing information securely.
How to Request a Payment Method Change
To update your payment method, please contact one of the following:
- Your Account Manager (AM) or main Factorial point of contact, or
- Factorial Support via the Help widget on your account or through your Support Portal.
Please include the following details in your message to help us process your request faster:
- Your company name
- The billing email address associated with your account
- A brief note stating you would like to update your payment method
Once received, our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps to complete the update securely.
Important Notes
- For security reasons, payment information can only be updated by a company administrator or a person with billing permissions.
- Changes will apply to future invoices only - previously issued invoices cannot be modified.
