The Wellness benefit allows companies to offer well-being services to their teams through an integrated experience.
It is available for organizations that have contracted the benefits premium plan in the Spanish market.
How to use
For HR Admins:
- In your sidebar, go to Benefits
- Click on Wellness → it will display more information and redirect to the login page if needed
- Once configured, the invitation process is fully automatic
- The system compiles the list of invited employees and sends it to the provider for activation.
You will be billed only for the exact number of employees you have invited to the benefit.
For Employees:
- Go to your Benefits section in Factorial.
- Look for the Wellness benefit marked as "active."
- Use the redirect to access the login page for the wellness service.
