Use the Performance dashboard templates

Do it with One: "What stands out in this dashboard?"

One Analytics includes five ready-made dashboard templates for Performance: Performance reviews, Competencies, Feedbacks, Incentive plans, and Attrition and Performance. Each template is a full dashboard with KPIs, charts and tables that you can open, filter, ask One about and save as your own.

Before you start

  • Dashboard templates are for admins only.
  • The Incentive plans template is available only on the Enterprise plan.

Steps

  1. Go to Performance and select Performance analytics in the header. Or go to Analytics > Create a report > Select a template.
  2. Choose a template.
  3. Use the filters to focus on a review, team or period.
  4. Ask One about what you see, for example "What stands out in this dashboard?".
  5. Save the dashboard to keep your changes.

Rules and behavior

  • If your company's plan doesn't include incentive plans, then the Incentive plans template doesn't appear.
  • If you open a template and change it, then you need to save it as your dashboard to keep the changes.
  • The Incentive plans template shows each person's amount sent. Share it with HR and compensation teams only.
  • Performance scores are on a 0–100 scale.
  • The Incentive plans template appears under Compensation analytics, not Performance analytics.
  • The Attrition and Performance template appears in Analytics > Create a report > Select a template, not in Performance analytics. Its performance figures count only leavers who had a finished review with a score. "High potential" means a potential score above 66 on the 0–100 scale.

Limitations

  • Each template only includes the data listed in the table above. Ask One or build a report for anything else.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: "A template is missing." → Cause: The Incentive plans template needs the Enterprise plan. → Fix: Check the Plan column above.
  • Symptom: "The 9-box grid is empty." → Cause: The review didn't collect potential scores. → Fix: Enable the potential questions in the next review.
  • Symptom: "Score charts are empty." → Cause: No finished review has scores. → Fix: Check that the review has scoring enabled and evaluations are submitted.
