If your company uses Bank of Hours, you can now check your balance directly from the Factorial mobile app. The balance shown in the app matches the one available on the web timesheet, so you can easily keep track of your accumulated hours wherever you are.
Overview
The Bank of Hours card appears at the top of the mobile timesheet when Bank of Hours is enabled for your company.
The card shows your cumulative balance for the month you are viewing, including a + or − sign to indicate whether your balance is positive or negative.
The balance is calculated in the same way as on the web version of the timesheet, so both platforms show the same value.
When and why it should be used
Use the Bank of Hours balance to quickly check whether you have accumulated or used hours during the month. For example:
- A positive (+) balance means you have accumulated hours.
- A negative (−) balance means you have a deficit of hours.
- You can check your balance directly from your mobile timesheet without accessing the web version.
How to use
- Open the latest version of the Factorial mobile app
- Go to your Timesheet
- Select the month you want to view
- At the top of the timesheet, find the Bank of Hours card
- Check your cumulative balance for the selected month

If you do not see the Bank of Hours card, make sure that:
- Your company has Bank of Hours enabled.
- You are using the latest version of the Factorial mobile app.
- You are viewing your timesheet for the relevant month.
If you still cannot see the card, contact your company's Factorial administrator or Support team.
The mobile and web timesheets use the same computed value and visibility rules. If the balances appear different, make sure you are viewing the same month on both platforms. If the values still don't match, contact your company's Factorial administrator or Support team.
