Overview

The Templates page in Engagement helps you create surveys without starting from scratch.

You can choose from:

  • Custom templates: Templates created by your company. These appear at the top of the page, along with the option to create a blank survey.
  • Curated templates: 20 templates created by Factorial and organized into categories such as onboarding, wellbeing, DEI, and workplace respect.
  • Blank surveys: Start with an empty survey when you want to create everything yourself.

Each template can include its questions, sections, scales, answer options, and anonymity settings. Curated templates are available in all supported languages.
