Discover how to seamlessly integrate InfoJobs for enhanced recruitment efficiency and streamlined candidate management.

Table of Contents

Connect Factorial with InfoJobs to publish job openings and automatically receive candidates into your recruitment pipeline. This integration allows you to manage the entire hiring process from Factorial, reducing manual work and keeping all candidate information in one place.

The integration is currently available only for InfoJobs Spain. It is available on all Factorial plans but requires an active integration with InfoJobs.

Overview

The InfoJobs two-way integration connects your Factorial ATS with InfoJobs, allowing you to:

  • Publish job openings from Factorial to InfoJobs
  • Automatically receive candidates who apply through InfoJobs
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process without leaving Factorial

Previously, the integration only supported publishing jobs. After candidates applied, recruitment teams had to continue the process in InfoJobs or manually import candidates into Factorial. With the two-way integration, applications are automatically synced to the corresponding job opening in Factorial.

Use this integration if you recruit through InfoJobs and want to centralise your hiring process in Factorial.

How to use

  1. Contact InfoJobs and request activation of the Factorial integration
    • This has a cost on InfoJobs' side that is outside Factorial's control
    • The integration supports PI Pack accounts only
    • Only one InfoJobs user can be connected
  2. Configure your integration credentials
  3. Once InfoJobs has activated the integration, go to Settings > Integrations (ATS) in Factorial
  4. Enter the same email address used as your InfoJobs integration credentials
  5. Open the job opening you want to publish
  6. Go to Multiportal > Contracts
  7. Click Publish
  8. Receive candidates automatically
  9. After the job is live on InfoJobs, candidates who apply will automatically appear in the corresponding recruitment pipeline in Factorial

Synchronisation may take a few minutes.

If candidates are not appearing in Factorial, confirm that the integration has been activated by InfoJobs, verify that the configured email matches your InfoJobs credentials and wait a few minutes for the synchronisation to complete. If the issue persists, contact Factorial Support.

If you cannot connect multiple InfoJobs users, it is because the integration currently supports only one InfoJobs user account.

If the integration cannot be activated, ensure your InfoJobs account includes the PI Pack, as this is required to use the integration.

Tips and best practices

  • Verify that the email configured in Factorial matches the email registered with the InfoJobs integration
  • Wait until InfoJobs confirms that the integration has been activated before publishing job openings
  • Allow a few minutes for candidate applications to synchronize after the job has been published
  • If you manage recruitment with multiple recruiters, remember that only one InfoJobs user can be connected to the integration
