You can now publish your job postings on Jobtoday directly from Factorial. This integration means you no longer need to copy your job postings into Job Today by hand or keep both versions in sync.
Overview
Job Today is available as one of your standard job boards in Factorial.
Once available:
- Job Today appears in your job posting's Standard Portals tab, alongside your other standard job boards
- You publish to Job Today the same way you publish to your other standard job boards, directly from the job posting
- No Job Today account or credentials are required to publish
- The integration is available on all ATS plans
When and why it should be used
Use Jobtoday if your company hires for frontline or hourly roles, such as positions in hospitality, retail, or logistics. It's especially useful if you recruit in markets like Spain or the UK, where Jobtoday is a popular source of candidates, and you want to:
Publish job postings to Jobtoday without copying them manually
Keep your Jobtoday postings alongside your other job boards, in one place
Avoid creating and maintaining a separate Jobtoday account just to post vacancies
How to use
Publish a job posting to Jobtoday
- In your sidebar, go to Recruitment and open the relevant job posting
- Go to the Standard Portals tab
- Find Job Today in the list, alongside your other standard job boards
- Publish the job posting as usual
Once published, your job posting is sent to Jobtoday automatically — there is nothing extra to set up.
If you cannot see Job Today in Standard Portals, contact the Support team.
