The Access activity log in Trust Channel gives admins a clear history of changes to complaint access. You can see who assigned or removed a complaints manager or category manager, when the change happened, and which category was affected. You can also export this information as a CSV file for audits, legal reviews, or investigations.

The Access activity log records changes to complaint access in Trust Channel, including:

  • Assigning a complaints manager
  • Removing a complaints manager
  • Assigning a category manager
  • Removing a category manager
  • The date and time of each change
  • The person who made the change
  • The manager affected by the change
  • The category affected, when applicable

This log helps you maintain a clear record of who has had access to complaints and when that access changed. It can be especially useful for companies with strict confidentiality or compliance requirements.

Access to the log and its CSV export is restricted to admins who have the activity-log permission.

 

 

How to use

Review access activity

  1. In your sidebar, go to Trust Channel
  2. Open Settings
  3. In Access activity log, select View activity log
  4. Review the events listed in chronological order
  5. Check the details of each event, including who made the change, who was affected, and the category when applicable
  6. Events are displayed in plain language, for example:
    • "X removed Y as a complaints manager"
    • "X assigned Y as a manager for <category>"

 

Export the access activity log

  1. In your sidebar, go to Trust Channel
  2. Open Settings
  3. In Access activity log, select Export activity log
  4. Apply the required date range
  5. Select the option to export the log as a CSV
  6. Use the exported file for audits, legal reviews, DPO requests, or internal investigations

If you cannot see the Access activity log, make sure you are an admin with the required activity-log permission. 

The log records complaint-manager and category-manager assignments and removals. If you expect an event to appear but cannot find it, check the selected date range and confirm that the change falls within the supported activity types. If the event is still missing, consult the Support team.
