The Factorial mobile app gives you access to goals from the Hub. Opening Goals shows the same goals list as the web, with your attainment cards at the top, so you can check your goals, open a goal and update its progress from your phone.
Before you start
- Your company plan must include Goals, and you need See key results.
- Install the Factorial app and sign in with your Factorial account.
Step by step
Open your goals
- Open the Factorial app.
- Tap Hub.
- In the Talent section, tap Goals.
- The goals list opens with your attainment cards at the top. Tap a card to open your goals side panel.
- Tap a goal to open its detail page.
Update a goal's progress on mobile
- Open the goal from Hub > Talent > Goals.
- Tap Update progress.
- Choose the Period if the goal is split into periods, enter the value, and optionally add a Comment.
- Tap Save.
Rules and behavior
- If you open Goals on the app, then the list opens on the Goals view. You can switch to Employees if you can see other people's goals.
- The mobile Goals screen shows the web goals page inside the app, so the same permissions and actions apply.
- On a phone screen, the goal detail page does not show the Previous updates history.
Limitations
- You can't see a goal's Previous updates history on a phone screen. Open the goal on a computer.
- There is no Home widget for goals in the mobile app.
- You don't get push notifications about goals.
Troubleshooting
- Symptom: "I don't see Goals in the Hub." → Cause: Your company plan doesn't include Goals. → Fix: Ask your admin.
- Symptom: "The history of updates is missing on my phone." → Cause: Previous updates is shown only on wider screens. → Fix: Open the goal on a computer.
