Automate the process of sending emails when a candidate is moved to a specific phase, eliminating the need for manual email sending and saving valuable time. Enjoy the flexibility to configure phases, customize email content and attachments, choose the sender, and even set a delay for sending messages.

 

To configure automatic email

  1. On your sidebar, go to Recruitment → Jobs
  2. Open the Job opening of your choice
  3. Open the Hiring process tab
  4. Scroll down to Smart actions
  5. Under Email candidate when moving between phases, click on Create new
  6. Select the phase
  7. Send an email from:
    • User who perform the action
    • Compay (no reply)
  8. Write the message or select a template
  9. Delay email: by default, a 5-minute delay is included to provide you with ample time to recall the email if necessary.
  10. Click on Create action

 

How the functionality works

Once you have configured the automatic emails, when you move a candidate to the respective phase, the email will be sent automatically.
