Employee ID vs. Employee Company Identifier

• In Factorial, the employee ID is your official identification number (such as your national ID, DNI, or passport), and it's the one required when clocking in via the ID method.
• The employee company identifier is a custom internal code that your company may assign. This is not used for time tracking.

1. Log in to your Factorial account
2. Go to your Profile
3. Open the Personal Details tab
4. Scroll to the Identification Documents section
5. Look for your ID or passport number—this is your employee ID
