The ticket activity log gives you a complete chronology of what happened on a ticket. You can see comments and ticket changes together in the order they happened, including who made each change and when.

Use the activity log when you need to understand the history of a ticket without asking other team members for context.
The Comments view is displayed by default and shows the conversation. Switch to All to see the complete timeline, including comments and changes made to the ticket.
The All view can help you:
- See every activity on a ticket in chronological order
- Check who made a change and when
- Understand how a ticket evolved over time
- Review comments and ticket changes in one place
How to use
- In your sidebar, go to Tickets
- Open the ticket you want to review.
- Go to the Comments / All switch
- Select All
- Review the timeline to see comments and changes in chronological order
- Check the activity details to see who made each change and when
