Do it with One: "Which questions have the lowest answer rate in our last review?"
One Analytics includes nine Performance datasets, listed in Our data catalog. This article describes what each one contains, so you know which questions you can ask and which data isn't there. All datasets update automatically.
Before you start
- One Analytics is for admins only.
- The incentive plan datasets are available only on the Enterprise plan (see the Plan column).
Steps
- Go to Analytics > Create a report.
- Open Our data catalog.
- Open a Performance category to see its fields.
- Ask One a question that uses those fields, or add them to a report.

Worked example: the 0–100 performance score
Reviews can use different scales. One Analytics converts every score to 0–100 so they can be compared: 0 is the lowest point of the review's scale and 100 is the highest. On a 1–5 scale, a score of 4 becomes (4 − 1) ÷ (5 − 1) × 100 = 75.
Rules and behavior
- If an evaluation isn't submitted, then its answers aren't in Performance review answer.
- If a review is archived, then its rows stay in the data, marked as archived.
- If a person was assessed on a competency outside a review, then that assessment is also in Competency assessment.
- Latest performance includes only finished, non-archived reviews with a score.
- If a person has no review with a score, then they don't appear in Latest performance.
Limitations
- There's no calibration dataset.
- Incentive plan breakdown rows carry no money amounts; amounts are in Incentive plan payout.
- Performance data isn't in the legacy AI Reports datasets or Insights (legacy).
Troubleshooting
- Symptom: "The incentive plan categories are missing." → Cause: Incentive plans are part of the Enterprise plan. → Fix: Contact your account manager.
- Symptom: "Latest performance is empty for some people." → Cause: They have no finished review with a score. → Fix: This is expected.
FAQ
1. How fresh is the data?
One Analytics uses the latest available data each time you open a report.
2. Why does the 9-box need potential?
The 9-box combines performance and potential. Reviews without potential questions have no 9-box position.
