How to Install the Surveys App?

1. On your sidebar click on Marketplace → Apps
2. Select Surveys
3. Press in Install App

How to create a survey?

1. Head to Engagement
2. Select Surveys
3. Click on the +Create Survey 
4. Select Use pre-designed surveys or create your own custom survey.

In case you choose:

• Use pre-designed surveys: In order to start with a ready-to-launch template.

1. Click on Use pre-designed surveys
2. Press Next
3. Select Climate survey
4. Click on Save draft
    

• Create a custom survey: In order to create your own survey.

1. Click on Create custom survey
2. Press Next
3. Add a name to your Survey
4. Add your participants
5. Press on Create survey
    

Dynamic Groups will automatically add all members of a selected group such as: 
- Team
- Workplace

Once saved, there is no option to edit this selection and you cannot remove users from the list

It can happen that a user disappears from the list, but this would only happen if we move that user to another office or group.

 

How to duplicate or delete a survey?

• Head to Surveys
• Choose your survey
• Press on (...)
• Select Duplicate or Delete
