Export payroll variables from compensation in a3nom, Silae and Zucchetti formats

Learn how to efficiently export payroll variables from compensation in A3nom and Silae for streamlined payroll management.

Table of Contents

With this new functionality, you can export payroll variables such as bonuses, commissions, extra hours, and expenses directly from Compensation in the official formats required by a3nom, Silae, and Zucchetti. This streamlines payroll workflows, reduces manual work, and ensures data consistency. In this article, you’ll learn how to set up and use these exports.

This feature allows HR teams to export payroll variables from Compensation in the formats required by three popular payroll systems: a3nom, Silae, and Zucchetti. Previously, these exports were either unavailable (Zucchetti) or only accessible through Payroll, creating friction for users transitioning to Compensation.

When and why it should be used

Use this functionality when you need to:

  • Transfer payroll data from Compensation to your payroll software without errors
  • Reduce manual copy-paste work and potential mistakes
  • Ensure consistent payroll data across systems
  • Streamline payroll processes for bonuses, commissions, extra hours, or expenses

How to use

  1. In your Sidebar, access Discover
  2.  Go to the Integrations section
  3. Install the integration for your payroll software (a3nom, Silae, or Zucchetti)
  4. Set up the integration by mapping your payroll concept codes to the corresponding variables in Compensation
  5. Configure employee code in the employee profile
  6. Go to Compensation
  7. Select a cycle
  8. Click on Export as (a3nom/Silae/Zucchetti)

You can check the exports and download them by clicking in Activity > Documents in the upper right corner.

If employee codes are missing, check that each employee profile has a valid code for the payroll software.

If you encounter incorrect payroll data, verify the mapping of payroll concept codes between Compensation and the payroll system.

Tips and best practices

  • Always double-check that payroll concept codes match your payroll system’s requirements
  • For Zucchetti exports, review the format specifications as this is a new integration
  • Test exports with a small batch of employees before running a full payroll export
  • Keep integration and employee profiles up-to-date to avoid export errors
