To ensure your request is handled by the right team as quickly as possible, please follow the decision tree below based on the nature of your inquiry.
Before opening a ticket, make sure that:
- You are logged in with a user that has Admin permissions
- You have access to Jira (only invited users can access it)
- You provide clear information about your request to help the Support team assist you faster

If you are experiencing issues with the platform, bugs, or need technical assistance, please use our Support Forms:

- Incidents form: To report a system outage or critical service failure.

- API or Integrations form For questions regarding integrations and API usage.
- SQL form: For assistance with database queries and SQL-related tasks.

- MFA form: If you need to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication.
- User deletion form: To permanently remove a user from the platform.
- Change VAT or company billing name form: Updating your VAT/NIF number or Company Billing Name.

Billing, Subscription & Account Management
If your request is administrative, contractual, or related to your business relationship with us, please contact your Account Manager directly for:
- Subscription Management: Discussing your plan, handling renewals, or managing your account status.
- Strategic Support: Speaking with your dedicated point of contact regarding your contract or business needs.
For account with maximum 50 seats, everything related to billing and subscriptions, including payment-related topics, can initially be managed through the Call Center team and they will redirect the consult to your AM.
Plan changes or subscription modifications are handled by the corresponding Account Manager.
