Overview
This feature allows employees to opt in to the healthcare plan that their company has registered in Factorial. Once enrolled, the employee’s healthcare status is updated in the platform so both the company and the employee can easily track its progress.
When and why it should be used
- To give employees an easy and transparent way to sign up for company healthcare benefits.
- To reduce manual administrative work for HR teams.
- To ensure accurate and timely communication with healthcare providers.
How to use
- On your sidebar, Go to My Benefits > Catalog
If your company has registered a healthcare plan, you will see the benefit listed.
The benefit will appear as Pending until you enroll.
- Click on the benefit and open the enrollment wizard
- Review the preloaded information taken from your profile. Make any necessary corrections.
At this stage, changes will not update your employee profile in Factorial.
- Submit your enrollment request
The benefit status will change to In process while Factorial coordinates with the healthcare provider.
Once the provider confirms your enrollment, the benefit status will update to Active.

Tips and Best Practices
If you notice incorrect details in your Factorial profile, update them separately in your profile after completing enrollment.
If the benefit is not visible in My Benefits > Catalog, check that your company has registered a healthcare plan in Factorial or contact your HR team.
Keep in mind: enrollment for dependents (e.g. family members) is not yet supported.
FAQ

Can I enroll my dependents (e.g. spouse, children)?
Not at the moment. This version of the feature only supports individual enrollment.
-
How long does it take for my benefit to show as Active?
The time may vary depending on the healthcare provider. Once Factorial receives confirmation, the platform will update your status automatically.

What happens if I make a mistake in my enrollment?
Contact your HR team as soon as possible so they can assist in correcting the information with the provider.
