From there you will be directed to choose between:

- Or create this job manually
ONE creates the posting by collecting the required data:
- Job title
- Office location
- Legal entity
- Remote, on-site, hybrid
- Start date
- Information required from candidates
The AI-guided creation flow guides you through setting up a complete job posting—including the job description, role context, screening criteria, and hiring team assignments—directly in chat.
- AI calls: ONE also can help setting up AI calls to turn them on very quickly offering the minimum required info, phase and language, so that the job has AI calls as soon as possible.
- Hiring team: add people to the hiring team in the chat as well, once the job is created it will ask if you want to add people there
