The rule
If the candidate’s match label is at or above the minimum you choose → they move to the next stage. IF NOT → they stay for manual review. No one is rejected automatically.
After each call, the AI evaluates the candidate and assigns a match label. From lowest to highest requirement: Potential match → Good match → High match → Excellent match.
How to turn it on
- In the stage, enable AI movement
- Choose the Minimum match label
- Save the configuration
- Review the first results manually
The screen explains: “We will automatically move new candidates to the next stage when their match label is at least the one you select below. The rest will stay here for manual review.”
How to choose the threshold
Start with Good match, review manually during the first week, then adjust based on the volume reaching the next stage:
- Low threshold — more profiles get through; you’ll need more review time in the next stage.
- High threshold — fewer profiles get through; you may lose valid candidates.
If too few candidates advance, lower the threshold or review whether your required facts are too strict. If too many advance, raise it or make your required criteria more specific.
