    Ensure your operating system is running the latest version.
  4. Try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
    This helps determine if the issue is browser-specific.
  5. Test on another device to see if the issue is device-specific
    Log in from a different computer or device.
  6. Clear cache and cookies in your browser — make sure to select “All time” as the time range
    This ensures all stored data is removed, not just recent activity.

Follow these steps in order:

  3. Make sure your device software (iOS or Android) is updated to the latest version

    This removes stored data and may resolve persistent issues.
