Spaces permissions control who can access, create, edit, or manage content within a specific Space in Factorial. These permissions ensure that sensitive information stored in each Space is handled only by authorized users.
By assigning the right permissions, you can protect confidential data, prevent unauthorized changes, and ensure that content is managed by the appropriate roles, while keeping your Spaces organized and secure.
Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for employee permissions to apply.
How to set up your Spaces permissions
In your sidebar, go to Settings
Click on Permissions
Select the Spaces section
Enable or disable permissions
Click on Save changes

For people on teams they lead: Only on members of teams they manage.
For people in their legal entity: Anyone in their department, branch, or company entity.
For the whole company: Across all employees in the organisation.
