The Performance tab of an employee's profile lists every performance review the person was evaluated in, with the reviewer, deadline, status, final score and AI alignment. It gives managers and HR a person's review history in one place, and lets employees see their own.

Before you start

• You need Employees > See employee performance tab for that employee. By default admins have it for everyone, and employees for themselves and their reports.
• To see the score per review type (self, manager, peers), you need Employees > See employee score details including strategy score. By default admins and managers have it for their reports.

Step by step 

1. Go to Employees and open the employee's profile. For your own history, open your profile.
2. Click the Performance tab.
3. The table lists each review with Review name, Reviewer, Deadline, Status, Score and Alignment.
4. Click a review to open that person's results in it.

Rules and behavior

• If you open the tab without See employee performance tab, then you are sent back to the profile.
• If a review's results aren't visible to you yet (for example, the review is still active and you don't have early access), then the score and alignment stay empty.
• Alignment is an AI-generated comparison of the manager's and the employee's responses (High, Normal, Low).
• The Score is the final performance score of that review on its own scale.

Troubleshooting

• Symptom: "I don't see the Performance tab in a profile." → Cause: you lack See employee performance tab for that employee, or your company doesn't have Performance. → Fix: ask an admin.
• Symptom: "The score is empty." → Cause: the review has no score mode, the score couldn't be calculated, or results aren't visible to you yet. → Fix: open the review for details.

1. Can employees see their own history?
Yes, by default.

2. Does it include reviews from before we used this version of Reviews?
Reviews migrated from the older version are listed, but AI insights and alignment aren't available for them.
