FAQ about One
Find answers to common questions about One, including how it differs from general AI assistants, how usage works, what admins can control, and how One works with Agentic Capabilities.
-
What does One do differently from ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini?
Those tools know the world, but not your company. One already knows your people, roles, time, expenses, and performance. It respects each employee's permissions and keeps data in Factorial and the EU.
One starts at €2.5 per user.
-
What happens to my daily usage if I don't use it?
Your daily usage doesn't roll over. Your usage resets every day.
-
Can an admin control what I can do with One?
Yes. Each user has their own plan. When you reach your daily limit, you can request an upgrade, and an admin reviews and approves it.
Admins can also:
- Turn Agentic Capabilities on or off per product.
-
See usage across the company from the usage dashboard.
-
Is there a minimum number of people who need to be on a paid plan?
No. Your company can have just one person on Max and everyone else on Free.
-
Does a higher tier, like Max, unlock extra features compared to Basic?
No. Every tier has the same capabilities — reports, trainings, documents, and everything else One can do.
The only difference is your daily usage allowance.
-
Do Agentic Capabilities cost extra?
No. They're included as part of your company's plan.
Speak to your Account Manager if you expect to need more capacity than what's included.
-
Can One take actions on its own, like booking a room or clocking me in?
Not directly yet.
Routines send you scheduled reports and alerts, while Agentic Capabilities act automatically within the specific process they're built for, such as reviewing an expense or screening a candidate call.
-
Does opening a saved report or dashboard use my daily usage?
No. Manually changing the date range on a saved report doesn't use your usage.
Running a new analysis, a routine, or a more advanced comparison does.
-
Can Factorial build a custom integration for my company's other tools?
Factorial offers pre-built connectors rather than custom integrations.
If you need to connect a tool that isn't covered by an existing connector, ask your Account Manager about Forward Deployed Engineering options.
-
How much does an AI screening call cost?
An AI screening call costs 20 credits on average. Calls are billed at 4 credits per minute, and the average screening call lasts about 5 minutes.
Longer calls cost proportionally more. For example, a 12-minute call costs 48 credits. If your company is planning a high volume of calls, estimate usage based on minutes rather than the 20-credit average.
-
Do Routines use the company credit pool?
No. A Routine uses the personal allowance of the user who created it, never the company Agentic Capability credit pool. It consumes usage every time it runs, not just when it's set up. The amount depends on what the Routine actually does; there is no fixed cost per Routine.
Admins can see each employee's total personal usage in the Usage view, but they can't see a breakdown between prompts and Routines.
