Competencies in Performance review

Head to your Questions section of your review within the Reviews functionality
Enable the Competency assessment button

👁 The categories of questions visible in this section will be based on the selection of reviewees you chose when creating the performance review.

Template questions

Head to your Questions section of your review within the Reviews functionality
Click on Use template
Select the type of template depending on the participant that will answer
Press Add template

Group Questions

💡 By grouping questions, you can subsequently obtain a report. For example, you want to make a performance evaluation specifically for the sales team. In this evaluation, you will add a section of questions concerning learning ability. When the sales employees have completed the evaluation, you will get a report based on the learning ability answers. This is how you will be able to measure and compare the learning performance of your sales employees.

Head to your Questions section of your review within the Reviews functionality
Click on Add Section
Introduce a title
Add questions by pressing the (+) button
Introduce your question
Select the field type
Press on Add question

💡 You can rename or remove the section by pressing the (...) of the section.

Click on Add question
Introduce your question
Select the field type
Press on Add question
