Trainings analytics gives you a complete view of your company's training activity in one place. With the Trainings overview, you can follow completion, learning progress, hours, active courses, open requests, costs and course quality, including your full training history. Companies with a Portuguese legal entity also get a dedicated dashboard to track the 40 hours of yearly training required by law.

Availability: This functionality is available for all companies with Trainings and AI Analytics. It is reserved for HR admins who manage trainings.

Overview

The Trainings overview is a dashboard that brings together the key information about your company's trainings, including your full history:

• Completion
• Learning progress
• Hours
• Active courses
• Open requests
• Costs
• Course quality

You can open the Trainings overview directly from the Trainings module or from the templates list in AI Analytics. Any Trainings dashboard you have saved is also available from the same place.

How to use

Open Trainings analytics from Trainings

1. In your sidebar, go to Training
2. At the top of the page, click the analytics button
3. Open the Trainings overview, or any Trainings dashboard you have saved

Open Trainings analytics from AI Analytics

1. In your sidebar, go to Analytics
2. Open the templates list
3. Select Trainings overview

If you can't see Trainings analytics, make sure your company has both Trainings and AI Analytics, and that you are an HR admin who manages trainings.

Portugal 40h training compliance

In Portugal, the law requires 40 hours of training per employee each year. To help you identify who may not reach this requirement, companies with a Portuguese legal entity get an additional Portugal 40h dashboard.

This dashboard lists each employee per year and shows:

• Attended hours
• Completed hours
• The 40-hour target, prorated by the number of days each employee was employed during the year

To open it:

1. In your sidebar, go to Analytics
2. Open the templates list
3. Select Portugal 40h

If you can't see the Portugal 40h dashboard, check that your company has a Portuguese legal entity. The dashboard is only available to these companies.
