This feature allows HR teams using the integration with a3innuva and Factorial HR to sync multiple absences at once. Instead of processing each absence individually, you can now select several records and send them in bulk.
This improves efficiency, especially for companies managing a high volume of absences each month.
Only available for Spanish companies.
Overview
Bulk absence sync allows HR teams to select multiple absences from the Employee Updates section in Factorial and sync them simultaneously to a3innuva. The system processes all selected items and provides a notification with the result once the operation is complete.
When and why it should be used
This feature should be used when:
- You need to sync multiple absences to a3innuva at once
- Your company manages a large number of monthly absences
- You want to reduce manual work and avoid syncing absences one by one
How to use
- In your sidebar, go to Compensation
- Access the Updates tab
- Check the box of the absences you want to sync
- Make sure they are mapped to a3innuva absence types in the integration settings
- Click on the Sync to a3innuva button on the bar below
- Wait for the system to process the request
- Check the notification to confirm whether the sync was successful

Important
- If you select an absence that is not mapped to an a3innuva absence type, it cannot be synced
- Ensure all absence types are correctly configured in the integration settings before using bulk sync
If sync notification shows partial failure, review which absences failed and check mapping or data inconsistencies for those specific records
Tips and best practices
- Always review absence mappings before performing bulk actions
- Use filters in Updates to select only relevant absences
- Monitor the notification results after each bulk sync to ensure accuracy
- For large teams, perform bulk syncs periodically (e.g., weekly or monthly) to keep data aligned
