With chat history and multi-conversation support, every interaction in One Chat is automatically saved as a separate conversation. Each conversation is named by AI based on its content, helping you quickly identify and return to it later.
You can also pin important conversations to keep them easily accessible.
When and why it should be used
Use this feature when you want to:
- Revisit previous answers or information
- Continue ongoing tasks or analysis without starting over
- Organise different topics or workflows into separate conversations
- Keep important chats easily accessible by pinning them
How to use
Access chat history
- Open One
- Click on the menu at the upper left corner
- Browse the list of past conversations
- Click on any conversation to open it
Continue a previous conversation
- Open chat history
- Select the conversation you want to revisit
- Add a new message to continue the discussion
Pin a conversation
- Go to chat history
- Find the conversation you want to pin
- Click on the three dots (⋯) next to the conversation
- Select Pin chat
- Pinned conversations will remain easily accessible at the top of your list.
If you cannot find a previous conversation, check the full chat history panel and look for keywords in the AI-generated title.
