How to manage job applications

Keep track of the hiring process by organising the job applicants data.

Once you create a job opening you will be introduced to the job application page. Here there is the database that stores all of the applications for this particular job.

How it works

To enter simply:

  1. Go to Recruitment from the sidebar
  2. You should be directed to the Jobs section
  3. Select the desired job opening by clicking it

To open an applicant/ candidates’ profile

  1. Click on the arrow on the far right of their data, it will open and show the following information:

Resize the CV panel

When you open an application, the candidate's CV is shown next to the application tabs. You can change how much space each side takes:

  • Drag the separator between the tabs and the CV to make the CV bigger, or to give more space to the candidate details. The split starts at 50/50, and each side can take between 30% and 70% of the width.
  • Double-click the separator to go back to the default split.
  • Use the keyboard: select the separator and use the arrow keys, Home or End.

On the candidate profile, in the Resume tab, the CV viewer uses the full height of the page, and you can also drag the separator between the CV and the candidate information. The information panel starts at 25% of the width and can take between 20% and 50%.
