Admins can filter their inbox by date or by any employee dimension — department, workspace, role, and more. That means you can confidently bulk-approve everything from a specific team, or all pending requests for a given role, without second-guessing yourself. Simply click on Filters, apply whichever combination you need, and act on the results.

Completed
On this page, you will find all completed notifications.
You can filter them through categories, just like the To-do tasks. Available filters will depend on the tasks you have completed.

My tickets
You can find and manage your tickets.
To manage them more efficiently, you can filter by "Assigned to me" or "Requested by me".

Up in the top-right corner, you have the option to open a new ticket.
When you click on a ticket, you will be redirected to the ticket details page, where you can manage everything related to the ticket. For example, you can reassign it, edit it, change its status (Open, Waiting for Requestor, Rejected, or Reopened), or delete it.
