Training insights is a dashboard with the most important training KPIs as well as financial and executive areas. With this functionality, training managers can gain an overview of training costs and training performance for the company's employees. In addition, using filters makes it possible to customise the view as needed.
Where to find Training insights?

- Click on Insights
In Training insights, you will able to see the following metrics:
- Number of courses: Courses with training groups in the selected period
- Total cost: Total direct and indirect costs of all training groups for the selected period
- Total salary cost: Total salary cost of all training groups in the selected period
- Total amount subsidised in training: Total subsidised cost of all training groups for the selected period

Enrolled employees: Insights about employees enrolled in a course
- Total employees
- Average number of employees per course
- Enrolled employees by team
- Enrolled employees by gender

Session hours: Total hours of all training group sessions completed by each participant within the selected period
- From groups within the selected period
- Average session hours per employee
- Course duration: Total hours of all training group sessions completed by each participant within the selected period
- Completed session hours per employee: Total session hours completed by each employee
- Employees with more than 40 hours of certified course time: Total session hours completed by each employee
- Courses progress: Percentage of course progress by status

From the Training insights page, you can decide whether to filter by:
