Security settings permissions control who can access and manage security-related configurations in Factorial. These permissions define which users can update sensitive settings that protect company data and user access.
By assigning these permissions carefully, administrators can strengthen account security, prevent unauthorized changes, and ensure that only the appropriate roles can manage critical security options across the platform.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Payroll permissions to apply.
How to set up your Security settings permissions
- In your sidebar, go to Settings
- Click on Permissions
- Select the Security settings section
- Enable or disable permissions
- Click on Save changes

This permission does not allow you to select the scope; you cannot choose which users a person can perform an action on. It will be active for the whole company (inside this group of permissions)
