ONE permissions control how users can access and interact with the platform’s AI-powered features. They ensure that AI tools—such as content generation, analysis, or automation—are used appropriately and securely according to company policies.
By assigning ONE permissions, organisations can manage who can view, create, or modify AI-driven outputs while maintaining control over sensitive data and workflow integrity.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for ONE permissions to apply.
How to set up your ONE permissions
- In your sidebar, go to Settings
- Click on Permissions
- Select the ONE section
- Enable or disable the permissions
- Click on Save changes
