Face recognition in Factorial is a secure and efficient way to manage identity verification for features such as time tracking and access control. To ensure transparency and compliance with data protection regulations, specific permissions are required before this functionality can be enabled.
By granting face recognition permissions, employees allow Factorial to process their biometric data solely for identification purposes within the platform. This data is handled securely and used only to improve accuracy, prevent misuse, and streamline daily workflows.
Face recognition is always optional and can be enabled or disabled according to company policies and individual consent.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Face recognition permissions to apply.
