Gympass, now called Wellhub, is a corporate wellbeing and fitness benefits platform that companies offer to their employees.

With the Gympass (Wellhub) integration, the employees you manage in Factorial are automatically provisioned in Wellhub, so they gain access to the wellbeing benefit without anyone having to manage users manually.

• The integration sends employee data from Factorial to Wellhub (user provisioning)
• When an employee is created or updated in Factorial, the change is reflected in Wellhub automatically
• The data synced is the employee's name, surname and email
• Employees automatically gain access to the Wellhub wellbeing benefit, removing the need for manual user management
• The integration is available in the Factorial Marketplace and is free of charge. Your Wellhub plan is sold and billed by Wellhub

1. Find the Gympass (Wellhub) offer in the Factorial Marketplace, or ask your Factorial Account Manager about it
2. You are redirected to the Wellhub landing page for Factorial customers
3. Enter your company information. The landing page shows the pricing for your company, including a discount for Factorial customers
4. Submit the form:
   1. For companies with fewer than 100 seats, onboarding is automatic
   2. For companies with more than 100 seats, a Wellhub sales representative will get in touch with you
5. Activate the integration through the Wellhub portal

   The employee's name, surname and email, sent from Factorial to Wellhub.
    
2. Is onboarding automatic?
   Yes, for companies with fewer than 100 seats. For companies with more than 100 seats, a Wellhub sales representative will get in touch.

   The integration is free of charge. Your Wellhub plan is sold and billed directly by Wellhub.
