What is Indeed.com?
Indeed is a job search website that aggregates job listings from various sources, including company career pages, job boards, and newspapers. Job seekers can search and apply for jobs, as well as research salaries and company reviews, all in one place, making the job search process more efficient.

How the integration works
Factorial connects to Indeed directly, through its own integration approved by Indeed. You can turn it on yourself from your Recruitment settings, with no manual activation needed.
- Indeed Apply: candidates can apply without leaving Indeed. Their applications, including the answers to your job questions, land directly in Factorial.
- Automatic sync: once the integration is connected, all your published jobs are sent to Indeed, and every job you publish or edit afterwards is kept in sync.
- Career page only jobs: jobs published only on your career page are not sent to Indeed.
Before you start: the integration is available for companies using Recruitment with Promote jobs enabled.
How to integrate?
- On your sidebar, go to Settings
- Open Recruitment and go to the Integrations tab
- Find the Indeed card in External profiles
- If you already had an older Indeed card active, click Remove on it first. The new Indeed card will show up in its place
- Click Add on the Indeed card
- Check the Company name on Indeed. This is how your company appears on Indeed
- Choose whether to keep Indeed Apply on (recommended). It applies to all your published jobs
- Click Save
The Indeed card now shows as Connected. To change the company name or the Indeed Apply setting later, click Edit on the card.
Publication on Indeed is not immediate. Factorial sends your jobs right away, but Indeed can take from a few hours up to a couple of days to show them. If your jobs don't appear on Indeed yet, please wait before contacting Support.
