With this feature, employees can log hours for assigned projects without the need for clocking in.
Logged hours will be instantly accounted and all this information will be included in exports for effortless analysis and in our API.
How to flexibly track project hours
- On your sidebar, go to My time tracking
- Go to the Projects tab
- Click on +Add entries
- Add a project, a phase and a task (if applies)
- Input the total daily hours associated with each

You can also add comments, which will be visible in the exports.
- Place the mouse over the hourly record where you want to add the comment
- Click on the comment icon
- Write your comment and click on Save

Project favourites, filters and comments
Marking projects as Favourites
Employees can mark projects as favourites.
- Click the star icon on the left of the project tab

Once marked, these favourites remain saved across weeks until the employee decides to unmark them.
Filters in the Projects hours
There are two filters to help employees log their time more efficiently:
- Favourites filter: Displays all projects marked as favourites, making them easily accessible.
- Last week’s projects filter: Displays all projects on which time was logged during the previous week, allowing employees to quickly find and select recurring projects.

Comments overview
By clicking on See comments, a dropdown will appear displaying all comments added to each hourly period.
You can edit the comments directly from this section.
