IT Management permission

  • Manage IT

This permission allows the employees inside the specific group of permissions to configure and manage technical settings within Factorial. This includes tasks such as setting up integrations, managing system configurations, and more IT-related aspects of the platform.

Make sure the collaborator has the corresponding Employee permissions enabled to ensure employee visibility: If you have permission to Manage IT, you can use the inventory freely but you will only be able to see the material in stock or the material assigned to the people you have permission to see in Factorial.

For example, if you have permission to Manage IT but your Terminate employees permission is disabled, your Offboarding tab will appear empty.
